BOOKING CONDITIONS
RATES
• All rates are based on double occupancy.
• Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and subject to 4% MAT on the total.
PAYMENT METHODS
• We accept e-transfer as our preferred method of payment.
• Credit card payments are accepted with a 3% processing fee applied to the total.
TO PAY VIA E-TRANSFER
• Make your reservation as usual using a valid credit card, and write E-TRANSFER in the Cell Phone field. Your card will not be charged. You’ll receive instructions the same day on how to send your deposit via e-transfer.
• A reminder of your outstanding balance will be emailed 10 days prior to arrival.
• If the final balance is not received via e-transfer at least 7 days before arrival, the remaining amount will be charged to the card on file, including a 3% processing fee for credit card payments.
BOOKINGS
• To confirm your reservation, we charge a non-refundable deposit equal to the first night’s stay.
• The remaining balance is processed 7 days before your arrival, when we email your check-in details.
• For single-night stays, or if you book within 7 days of arrival, the full amount is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS
• We’re unable to refund reservations made or cancelled within 7 days of arrival.

ROOM SELECTION
Rooms are assigned based on availability, though we’ll always do our best to honour requests (for direct bookings only), we reserve the right to switch the selected room if necessary.
PARKING
• One parking spot is available per room.
• Due to limited space, oversized vehicles (pickup trucks or large passenger vans) cannot be accommodated.
• No street parking.
HOUSE RULES
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Smoking, vaping, candles, and outside appliances are not allowed.
