BOOKING CONDITIONS
RATES
• All rates are based on double occupancy.
• Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and subject to 4% MAT on the total.
• We do not charge HST.
PAYMENT METHODS
• We accept credit Visa, Mastercard, American Express and e-transfer.
• Credit card payments are accepted with a 2.4% processing fee applied to the total.
BOOKINGS
• To confirm your reservation, we charge a non-refundable deposit equal to the first night’s stay.
• The remaining balance is processed the morning of your arrival, at which time we email your check-in details.
• For single-night stays, or if you book within 7 days of arrival, the full amount is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS
• We are unable to refund reservations made or cancelled within 7 days of arrival.

PARKING
• One parking spot is available per room.
• Due to limited space, oversized vehicles (pickup trucks or large passenger vans) cannot be accommodated.
• No street parking.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Smoking, vaping, candles, and outside appliances are not allowed.
